Ed Bremer, Anthony Dabruzzi and Aaron Kearns welcome you to Stone Tap.
Six years ago we sparked a vision of combining our passion for quality food and craft beer. Our persistence and patience resulted in Stone Tap, a gastropub which opened in June 2013.
Stone Tap resides in a historic Hudson property built in 1875. Known for its 140 year history as a grand hotel and numerous bars/restaurants (most recently the Dibbo’s bar and nightclub), our building has garnered much interest from the community during its renovation. The building’s history has been uncovered layer by layer, from a restored exterior brick façade to resurrected hand-laid limestone and cream city brick walls. Every detail of the renovation was carefully considered within the plans to accommodate a craft beer gastropub, while maintaining and emphasizing the building’s underlying character.
Visit Stone Tap during this first phase of the revitalization, and watch the progress unfold as the renovation extends to the back nightclub and second and third floors. Check out our extensive tap and bottle beer selection, and browse our lunch and dinner menus for fresh and local seasonal creations.
